Darren Marino is the newly appointed Group Chief Operating Officer of Mounties Group. He also holds the position of General Manager of the flagship venue, Mounties at Mt Pritchard, which he has successfully led for over 10 years. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Darren has worked in key management roles including Operation Manager Mounties and Food & Beverage Manager Mounties. During his career prior to Mounties, Darren has held many positions ranging across Beverage, Operations, Duty Manager, Gaming, Human Resources and Roster/Return to Work. Darren is passionate about leading our clubs and employees, receiving the Manager of the Year award three times. He loves serving the community, being recognised with a Community award for Pride of Workmanship.
